How it works

Coach-driven, live-online interactive sessions

You are assigned to a coach and a peer group. For each module, you will go through 2-2.5 hours of group coaching sessions – conducted online, in real time.

Learning will take place through a series of focused discussions and engaging exercises. You are encouraged to think and work together to deliberate upon solutions to questions asked in the program.

Strong connect to your daily life

You will experience the program by engaging with contemporary role models, workplace case-studies and real-life scenarios. This will give you tools to assess your responses to situations, make better choices and find solutions to your own life situations.

Who can register?

This program is for any young career seeker from age 17-30 years old. All you need is the desire to unlock your deeper aspirations.
